Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to the tour departure date, chiangmaiprivatetour.com will charge a processing fee of at least 50% of the total tour price.

This charge excludes hotel, car rental, airline ticket fees, entrance tickets and festival tickets etc. which are governed by each supplier’s cancellation terms.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the departure day or failure to appear.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days from the official date of cancellation.
